• Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with the dashboard (e.g., number of screens run).

• Input Data: We process the text of Job Descriptions and Resumes you upload.

 

3. How We Use Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Processing: We use third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini) to process your Input Data.

• Data Privacy: Your Input Data is sent to the AI provider solely to generate the response. We do not use your data to train our own public AI models, nor do we claim ownership of your candidate data.

• Transient Processing: Unless you explicitly save a profile, uploaded resume text is processed in real-time and not permanently stored in our databases.

 

4. Sharing Your Information We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following third-party service providers required to run the app:

• Clerk: For user authentication and identity management.

• Stripe: For payment processing.

• Google (Gemini API): For AI analysis and text generation.

 

5. Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
