1. Introduction Welcome to Recruit-IQ by Core Creativity AI ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our web application located at https://www.corecreativityai.com/blank-2 (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Description of Service Recruit-IQ by Core Creativity AI is an AI-powered recruitment assistant that analyzes job descriptions and resumes to provide matching scores, interview questions, and outreach drafts.

 

3. AI Disclaimer (Crucial Section) The Service utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence to generate content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Accuracy: AI-generated outputs (scores, summaries, questions) may contain errors, inaccuracies, or "hallucinations." You must verify all information independently.

• No Automated Decision Making: Recruit-IQ by Core Creativity AI is a decision-support tool, not a decision-maker. You agree NOT to use the Service as the sole basis for hiring, firing, or employment eligibility decisions.

• Bias: While we strive for neutrality, AI models can inherently reflect biases present in training data. You are responsible for ensuring your hiring practices comply with all applicable labor and anti-discrimination laws.

4. User Accounts & Subscriptions

• Access: You may access the Service as a Guest (limited usage) or a Subscriber.

• Elite Subscription: Our Elite plan is $29.99/month. Payments are securely processed through Stripe and Clerk; please refer to their respective Terms and Conditions for details.

• Free Trial: Recruit-IQ by Core Creativity AI offer a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the monthly fee after the 3-day free trial ends.

• Payments: Payments are processed securely via Stripe and Clerk. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

 

5. User Content & Data

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the Job Descriptions and Resumes you upload.

• License: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating the analysis.

• Warranty: You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and consents to upload any candidate data (resumes) to the Service for processing.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Creativity AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the AI-generated analysis.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
